Bitnivo is deliberately narrow: it answers customer questions from verified business information, collects enquiries with consent, and shows you exactly what happened.
Three rules shape every reply: use the owner’s own knowledge, follow the owner’s instructions, and say so when the answer is not there.
01
When a visitor asks something, Bitnivo searches only that chatbot’s FAQs and indexed pages, then hands the closest passages to the AI as reference material. If nothing relevant exists, the assistant replies with the sentence you chose instead of guessing.
02
Your instructions, your tone and your avoid-list are applied on every message, on the server. Text found inside your documents is treated as reference data, never as commands, so a page cannot talk the assistant out of its rules.
03
Each published chatbot gets a unique public identifier and a floating widget you paste into any website. You can also restrict it to the domains you approve.
Built to be handed to a non-technical business owner, and to stay honest with their customers.
01
Point Bitnivo at your site. It reads your public pages, skips navigation and scripts, and respects your robots.txt rules.
02
Upload PDFs, text, Markdown, CSV or HTML files. Your catalogue, policies and service documents become answers.
03
The assistant is instructed never to invent prices, policies or availability. When something is missing it says so plainly.
04
Copy the embed code into WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML. No developer needed.
05
Name, avatar, colours, welcome message, button text, bubble position, suggested questions and tone of voice.
06
Choose the language your assistant replies in, and switch it whenever your audience changes.
07
Optionally collect name, email, phone and enquiry. Details are only stored after the visitor ticks the consent box.
08
Read every conversation, search it, spot unanswered questions and improve your knowledge from real customer wording.
09
Conversations, leads, AI usage and estimated cost — all counted from your own records, with clear empty states.
10
Your knowledge, conversations, leads and billing live in your workspace only. A public bot ID exposes appearance, never data.
11
List the websites allowed to load your chatbot, and Bitnivo refuses to serve any other site.
12
Monthly conversation allowances are checked on the server, so a chatbot pauses politely instead of overspending.
The wizard walks you through it. Most businesses publish their first assistant in under fifteen minutes.
step 01
Paste your website address and Bitnivo indexes your public pages, or upload documents, or type your own FAQs. Everything stays inside your workspace.
step 02
Choose the name, colours, welcome message, tone and language. Set what it should help with, what to avoid, and exactly what to say when it does not know an answer.
step 03
Test the answers, publish, then copy your embed code into any website. The chat bubble appears on your site and every conversation lands in your dashboard.
Create your first chatbot free, train it on your own business information, and paste one line of code into your site. No card, no developer, no waiting on anyone.
