Do I need to know how to code?
No. You type your website address, answer a few questions about your business, pick colours and a tone, then copy one line of embed code. The rest is handled for you.
Will the chatbot make up answers?
It is instructed to answer only from the information you added, and to say so when it does not know something. It is never allowed to invent prices, policies or availability.
Where does my business information go?
Your knowledge, conversations and leads are stored in your own workspace. They are only readable by your account and by platform administrators who operate the service.
Can I put it on a website you do not host?
Yes. That is the point. Bitnivo is designed to be embedded on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or any hand-written website.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
The assistant stops answering new visitor messages for that month instead of continuing to spend, and tells the visitor to contact the business directly. Your dashboard shows usage against your allowance.
Can it collect customer details?
If you turn lead capture on, the assistant can invite a visitor to share their name, email, phone and enquiry. Nothing is stored unless the visitor ticks the consent box.
