Terms of service

Last updated 2026

1. The service

Bitnivo lets you create AI chat assistants trained on information you supply, and embed them on websites you control. You need an account to create and manage assistants. Published assistants can be used by visitors without an account.

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Each workspace is separate: you may not attempt to access another workspace’s knowledge, conversations, leads or billing records.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the website content, documents and FAQs you add, and of the conversations and leads your assistants collect. You grant us permission to store and process that content so the service can operate — indexing it, retrieving from it, generating answers from it and showing it back to you.

You confirm that you have the right to use any content you add, and that indexing a website is permitted for that site.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Bitnivo to mislead people, to impersonate a human when asked directly whether they are talking to a machine, to collect personal data without the notice and consent the widget provides, to publish unlawful content, or to attack or overload the platform or any third party. We may suspend a workspace or a single chatbot that breaks these rules.

5. AI answers and accuracy

The assistant answers from the information you provide and is instructed not to invent prices, policies or availability. It can still be wrong or incomplete, so it is not a substitute for a human on legal, medical, financial or safety matters. You are responsible for the information you publish through your assistant.

6. Plans, usage and billing

Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance and a chatbot limit, checked on our servers. If an allowance is used up, assistants on that workspace stop answering new visitor messages until the next period or an upgrade. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe. You can change plan or cancel from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Bitnivo available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Assistants depend on third-party AI and hosting providers, and a failure there can interrupt answers. When an answer cannot be produced, the visitor is told so rather than shown something invented.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Bitnivo at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we are required to by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.

These terms describe how the Bitnivo application is meant to be used. They are a working starting point, not legal advice — have a qualified professional review them before you publish the service commercially.
